Classification of Rotary shear
Rotary shear is also called Disc shear, circle shear, it can be divided into different types according to purpose and tranmission mode.
According to purpose:
(1) Rotary shear for shearing the plate edge. Trimmed disc shears can be used for cold-rolled strip cross-cutting machine, finishing lines for medium and heavy plates, and continuous pickling lines.
(2) Disc shear for shearing the strip steel, according to the workload, determine whether the structure is two pairs of cuttes or multiple pairs of cutters. Mainly used for slitting lines, continuous annealing and galvanizing lines.
According to cutter transmission mode:
According to the transmission mode of the cutter head, it is divided into power shear and tensile shear. Tensile shear means that the cutter head is not directly driven, and the strip is pulled by the shearing force roller or the coiler, and sheared when the disc shear is pulled. These two shearing methods have their own characteristics, so the clutch is installed in the transmission system of the disc shear, and the power shearing or tensile shearing mode can be adopted as needed.
