Compared with ordinary gantry type forming machines, it has significant advantages: 1) The forming frame is less and the deformation zone is short; 2) The number of forming rolls is less, it is convenient to change roller: 3) Natural deformation can produce a wider range of small pipe size with thicker pipes and high-strenGEIh pipes; 4) The surface quality of the steel pipe is good, energy consumption and roll consumption are reduced. : 5) Simple forming structure and high adjustment precision; 3. FF molding method is a new type of forming unit between the first and second forming methods. It retaining the first form of the frame, and adopting the second molding method with advantage of high versatility、 roller change conveniently and can produce high strength pipes.
