GEI-76 ERW steel pipe mill is used to producing the pipe diameter of Φ20-Φ76mm with thickness of 1.0-4.0mm at a high speed of 140m/min, after 2 months communication with our Nepal customer, they are planning to visiting our factory for discussing more technical details and see the running machine made by our company.

After received them to our factory, firstly, they visit the two workshop for manufacturing, they show great interest in our product and ask some questions, such as if the gear box equipped with self-lubrication will reduce the working speed? The roller change method? Cooling tank type and so on. we explain to them in detail and show them the every single machine drawing for check.

After the lunch, we go to one of our reference customer in Langfang to see the running machine, you can see the same specification machine working state and the finish pipes more visually, our customers speak highly of the finish pipe produced by our machine accurancy can reach ±0.02mm.

At last, they visit our another two factory specified manufacture the rollers and cold saw. At the meeting, the customers bring them own design drawing for our reference and hope we can produce it accordingly. Our engineers check the drawing and give some technical suggestion to improve the machine performance. But because time reason, we have some technical details have to confirmed on the exhibition in Shanghai.
