The GEI-630 ERW pipe welding mill we offered for Egypt customer is used to produce the straight seam welded pipe diameter of φ219.1～φ630mm by steel strip with thickness δ=5-12.7mm，width B=680-1980mm and the highest steel grade X46. the whole set including steel coil preparation , open, leveling, forming, welding etc. Equipped with ultrasonic flaw detection and hydraulic tester. It can produce straight seam welded pipe that meet the standard of API-5L etc. The electric control system adopts Siemens PLC automatic control system, Siemens variable frequency speed regulation system and digit display system etc.
